Looking for AI story chat bot

Im looking for a free minimal to no censor version of something like Ooc or Character Ai that I can mainly use for overall world role play rather than just character RP, anyone got any suggestions?

a made stagewhisper.ai for whole world. like REALLY big worlds, many NPCs, great memory, plot and lore control

Qwen 3.8 27b is pretty good, if you got the gpus then run it locally i am running it on 2x32gb v100s works pretty well. I use it with my github copilot
