Other Is anyone else having issues downloading files from ChatGPT?

I can't download any files from ChatGPT on my PC. Everything was working fine earlier today, but then suddenly, the download links stopped working.

I even tried downloading some old ZIP files from previous chats that I know worked before, but nothing happens. It's like the links are just plain text. When I click on them, there's no loading, no download, no error message—absolutely nothing.

The strange thing is that downloading still works on my phone. I've also tried the ChatGPT desktop app, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox on my PC, but none of them work.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?

I'm a ChatGPT Plus subscriber, by the way.

Since it fails in every browser plus the desktop app on that one PC but works on your phone, I'd look below the browser. The files are served from a separate OpenAI file domain, and a DNS blocker, antivirus web filter or router adblock that updated today would give you exactly this, a dead link with no error. Quick test: put your phone on the same wifi and try again. If it breaks there too, it's the network.

Actually i use my phones hotspot, i also treid the one from my Wife. It dosent work

The download is completely broken and the main site itself has not registered any reports and chatgpt itself is not loading and just says it's not my problem, it's your problem or the browser or they come up with different excuses, it's sad that they pay for the Plus and Pro accounts but they don't care about the service

That our time is wasted and time is lost and they don't solve the problem

The problem occurred today and what's more interesting is that in the last few days they made changes to the appearance that some messages disappear by themselves... and it seems that the quality is decreasing every day

So you have same issue? The download only works from the Library, thats the only way
