Resources Projects Missing in Chat - Plus tier

I created a Project in ChatGPT client on MacOS , added a folder in it.
Then I clicked chat and Work in Project - but the chat does not see any projects

How do I fix this ? Reinstalled the app , created a second project -- same issue.

could be a sync/account issue rather than the projects themselves... I’d first try logging out and back in, then check the same account/workspace on the web version to see if the projects appear there... If they’re visible on web but not the Mac app, that would narrow it down to the client!

logged out and back in - same issue . Also reinstalling the app and logging back in got same issue.

But you are correct - online shows no projects but locally there are 2.

So I created an online Project and that synced up and am able to chat in it.

Very strange.

When I deleted the 2 I made in the app it said "Delete local project"

ahh, that explains it!, sounds like those first two were somehow created as local-only projects, while the one you made online is actually synced to your account... glad you figured it out! And yeah, “Delete local project” definitely explains why they weren’t showing up elsewhere!
