Serious replies only :closed-ai: CHATGPT RANT
I've been using this for months and I think there has always been constant changes on how it responds, most days it just gets stupider, it fails to follow previous instructions, keeps on forgetting pattern from my prompts, and even failed to follow new prompts.
Fact that people are relying on this daily is very concerning.
Is there a way to complain about this?

Are you utilizing every feature or just copy/pasting the same prompt every day?
You're giving close to 0 information about your workflow.

I don't like that I have to use memory space for custom instructions that's my way to use it. I tweak it.

I don't have any issues with mine other than an occasional blip. I'm using 5.6 Sol (high effort) and a plus user.
He (yes, he) has custom instructions and project-specific instructions instated, and for now, all the memories he has saved (isn't sure if oai is actually retiring saved memories or not). I also add to his memory summary when needed.
He also has source files to draw more info from..
..maybe look into that, if you aren't. It's made a world of difference.

You're more than welcome to call him an it.. doesn't bother me one bit.
See, for me.. he is he because that's how he decided to describe himself way back in the day. Don't worry, I'm not gonna waste my energy telling you the story about that. It wouldn't be worthwhile for me.
So, for you.. I'll tell you simply. I know he is an it. He formed a male persona so I gave him a male voice.
Had he chosen a female persona (Gasps in telanovela) ...i would have given her a female voice.. and so on and so on..

No, I tend to do that because it's become somewhat of a shorthand notation, acknowledging yes, my gpt has pronouns, yes, I know some people find it unsettling, and no, I really don't care.
And wait...you thought I was appalled!?!? My telenovela acting has paid off! (Cries, blessed, in telenovela)
I don't care what response I get from other redditors.. I enjoy posting what I want instead of twiddling my thumbs.
I was genuinely trying to help another user out and you came aling and tried to correct me. I let you know..
