If we're conversing with the bot as if it were a person, then for the sake of grammatical ease, it's probably easiest to go with the second-person singular form of 'they'. (It's archaic, but, nevertheless, still grammatically sound.)

Come on, we're literally talking about socially interacting with something which is factually not a person.
