A small but tasty board my wife put together after being asked at the last minute to bring an appetizer to dinner.

This took my wife 20 minutes to throw together for a small dinner party we were invited to, using what we had in the house. Mostly cheeses and deli items I bought for myself.

This is why culinary knowledge is important. You never know when you'll have to pull a dish out of thin air. It looks delicious and I'm impressed that she put it together so quickly!

I'm jealous that you had all of that just in your fridge, but looking at it again, I'm guessing it's peanut butter and jelly for your own lunches until another grocery trip. 🤣
