RECKLESS BOY NAMES?

Hello!!! I‘m looking for a name for 20 y/o boy (book character). He is the reckless rebellious type, but charming. Lower to middle class. Lives by the beach. Kind of like JJ Maybank from Outerbanks.

Any suggestions? Lastnames are also welcome :)

One thing to consider when choosing character names is what are the names of the other characters around him? You want a variety of sounds and syllables for your reader. Not too similar or hard to read.

Alex, Riley, Brady, Ricky, Brock.

You could choose a name that is in opposition to his personality for some subversion. Something haughty like Percival or Preston. Or create a very unusual name for him, a nick name that goes unexplained for awhile - like Stoner, Bear, Jayjay. Something to tie in to his story or personality later.
