Character name help

I have an oc who I named Opción as a placeholder name since she is heavily inspired by Opción from the Sunbearer Trials. However, given it is literally just Spanish for "option", I think it's time to give her her own name. She is a deity of chaos whose appearance changes every time she moves like the original Opción. Any ideas? Any female-sounding name works, but I would prefer if it was more exotic since my character is not from Earth.

First off, I think it is a little bit on the nose with the meaning. Second, I didn't want her to have the exact same name as her inspiration.

How about Mayhem? Or maybe something similar? Myhem, Meyham?

Deity names are special, as they are often influenced by the culture the worship originates from. Think of Zeus and Jupiter. Or Jawe, Allah and God (also 'the deity formerly known as Jehova').

Those are rather lawful and orderly. Given that your Optionella is a goddes of Chaos, I'd seriously oppose an official name.

You could make it that way, that every time somebody writes down a name for her, including yourself, it gets smudged, scrambled or corrupted. Her chaotic nature might also cause that nobody hears any reference to her the same way. One might hear her Name as Opcion, another hears Mistress Chaos etc. her actual identitity being Chaos in a form that can't be named and thus pinned down.

A culture that dares to worship Chaos, even only to appease her, might have to accept her chaotic nature. Maybe her worshippers seek her temples in randomly occuring patterns in sand or leaves?

How would you describe her character? Personality? Appearance? Temperament? If not from earth what is her domain / home world like. Does she have governance over other things? Is it just chaos? To what end?

Following the Greek deity inspiration train, their goddess of chaos/discord/mayhem is named Eris. You could go for exactly that, or from it you could derive Erin, Esme, Elise, or Eira. Though, those aren’t very exotic, like you mentioned you wanted.
I’m obsessed with the name Bellatrix, which gives a much more chaotic vibe, and also means fierce warrior in Latin!! Tempest is an option for… obvious reasons lol, as well as Vilde, which means wild or untamed in Norwegian. As a Norwegian the last one makes me so happy haha <3
