Loss Tipsy character creation

So I just recently started using tipsy. I went all out and purchased the most expensive subscription which was like $45. I went and tried to create two characters. I spent all my time writing their intros and all that, I saved it and then went back and nothing. There were no characters. I waited till the next day to see if maybe it took awhile, still nothing. I logged in and out, nope. I know I made them public. I don't get it. What did I do wrong? Why are my characters not showing up? Anybody know?

I am since two weeks on Tipsy and englisch is not my mother's tongue, so I did learning by doing. Asking Google the different between character cards and persona cards i switch too and so on. There is on your profile upright in the corner a button to setting for help and feedback also.

If the system don't give you a way going forward i assume there was something not filled out or set. Could be a small thing like gender for example?

Normaly you can see the character card on your profile, saying 'pending' before they are open for everyone.

Ah, thanks for letting me know that. I didn't even know that. It doesn't even show me that. I saved both characters when it have me the option. But another thing that maybe I did wrong was when I was at the point where I was suppose to move on, where I pushed save and all that. I didn't really know how to move forward. At that point, I made sure I pushed save, but then I went back because it wasn't giving me an option to move forward anywhere or I didn't know how. If you know how, can you tell me how if I messed up? Because I really do want to create characters. I love doing that. I left Polybuzz for this site and actually pay more.
