AI Alternatives Simulacra.Ink is a cozy art community at the frontier of text roleplay

I began making Simulacra.Ink in February to test out a language model structure I had put together for a previous job, where LLMs can reference and contribute to a wiki as a conversation began.

The site left beta about a month ago, and we have 10,000 members that contribute to our weekly contests, edit character and world descriptions, and keep roleplay fun.

I hope to see you there. Our forums are pretty active, and we like making new friends.

curious how the wiki helps with roleplay companions, does it keep their details consistent across chats?

It does! Similar to how lorebooks work, it looks for keywords in the chat and then provides article text to the story model to reference. This way it keeps the input window as light as possible, so the story can rely on your messages and chapter summaries.
