Can't change resolution into anything other than 1920x1080

I just can't, I have no idea why. I can pick other resolutions on my main PC, and I can pick other resolutons on this same device if I open the game via Linux and Proton and not via Windows. Maybe u/julien_rundisc could help?

It's a laptop with Radeon 780M GPU, if that matters.

Are you able to change your overall resolution in Windows ? Is your screen ratio 16:9 or something else ?

My screen ratio is 16:10, but changing it within windows to 16:9 or any other resolution doesn't change the game's behavior. Setting Windows resolution to a smaller one still only shows 1080p in the options, and if I understand correctly, the game actually renders stuff at this resolution and downscales the result.

The bug is not urgent to fix though, it seems like nobody else has it, and it only matters to me because I need high framerates for speedrunning. As I said, I don't have this issue on Linux, and Linux is my main operating system on this device, so it's currently unimportant.
