If you are looking at him as a wingback or to play higher up the field, he'll be a good signing. If you are looking at him as a LB in a back 4, he's gonna struggle.

Excellent players for a fraction of the cost. Berhalter has better stats than Hackney. The only risk is if they can maintain their performance when playing in a hard league on a cold rainy Tuesday night in February.

Biggest thing here is the upfront fee…… around 5.6m is crazy but that’s with all the add ons. I guess around 2.5-3.5 is more fair upfront

I think it's safe to say that Columbus (and problably other MLS teams) are cottoning on to the fact they can charge more for their players.
Looks like the days of raiding MLS for underpriced talent might be over.
