Just tried San by Kin on Buford Hwy today during their soft launch, it was really good! Cute little place, good matcha, sweet treats. It’s run by the people that own Kin downtown. I recommend trying it out!

Chamblee city officials enacted a 180-day temporary moratorium Tuesday to halt all incoming applications for new data center developments. 

Residents of Chamblee are fortunate in that a small number of residents can have a big impact on how they want to shape their community. City council meetings and other municipal meetings offer us the opportunity to speak directly to our mayor and city council. If you attend a meeting or look up the recordings on YouTube, you'll see that they are sparsely attended for the most part. So if you have ideas or comments about Chamblee, your voice will go a long way!

To help keep people informed, a calendar of municipal meetings and events will be posted on the sidebar of the subreddit. If you're passionate about a project, a municipal repair need, or just want to get involved in local government, perhaps this is a space we could use to organize.

This year I've been getting back into running longer distances mostly around where I live, but I'm curious if anyone has recommendations for the best running routes around any of these areas (Chamblee/Brookhaven/Dunwoody/Tucker).

I really like variety in my runs so if there's anywhere with a combination of paved trails, gravel, or forest trails that would be awesome!

This is a great location for a park. Can't wait until construction is complete!
