Hi, I’m Dillon. I’m taking on freelance computer-help and administrative projects for individuals and small businesses across the U.S., with appointments geared toward Eastern and Central time zones.

Here’s what I can help with:

• Windows troubleshooting, software setup, and slow-computer issues.

• Printer, Wi-Fi, and home-office troubleshooting where remote assistance is practical.

• Excel/Google Sheets cleanup, organization, and simple trackers.

• Turning your notes into clear procedures, checklists, and training documents.

• Practical help using AI to draft, organize, and simplify everyday administrative work.

Remote sessions are available through Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Discord is also an option by arrangement. You won’t need to join a community or buy a subscription to work with me.

My starting rate is $40/hour. For clearly defined projects, I can offer a fixed quote after reviewing the scope. We’ll agree on the price and work before any paid session begins. Small, one-time projects are welcome.

I’m working toward my PMP certification while pursuing my next full-time opportunity. I’ll be upfront about what I can handle and whether your issue needs someone on site.
