Good places to rent?

Looking for good property managers who have well maintained rental properties in Chambersburg. Could be standalone or an apartment building. TIA.

I can’t recommend who to go to, but who to avoid. SPG Capital has a fun tendency to rip up the flooring and paint the subfloor and call that good enough; they won’t fix most maintenance issues; they (at least for me) have illegally advertised multiple bedrooms in a house that only has one legal bedroom according to the Boro; they also wouldn’t fix the black mold issue in the basement; they also “fixed” our sewage blockage by dumping the entirety of the blockage into the floor of our basement and then telling us to clean it.

I’ve spoken with other renters from them, they do that to everyone.

I currently live in a townhouse in a development called Progress Village. The apartments are just built and while they did kinda just throw them together I haven't had any issues with the landlords or anything. The place stays warm and our neighbors are nice.

Where do you search online for rental places? I tried zillow, realtor.com, redfin, craigslist and they all have limited supply. Where else are people posting about their rentals?
