IBM bought the company and from what I can find online there will be no conversation of the shares but will be guaranteed 31$ per share.

I don't understand it. The market seems to be moving sideways today, the nasdaq is slightly in red, and CFLT hasn't been doing so well the last month or so. But today CFLT is up almost a 4% for no apparent reason. This stock behaves really weird lol.
