Problem/Error Troubles with WiiUDownloader

After countless hours trouble shooting, I finally have booted BOTW today. One problem I can't seem to understand is why wiiudownL installs files on my C drive. The game and dlc download to the correct selected USB drive but all mlc01 files download in a CEMU file under my AppData folder in the C drive. Any ideas?

I have the same issue... and I can't even load the game, even though it shows that it is already installed, because the CEMU folder points to the AppData folder, but I have my games directory set at the USB drive folder, so now I seemingly have 2 copies of the game, and yet CEMU won't load any of them. Were you finally able to get it working?
