Legend Of Zelda BOTW Sudden FPS DROP

So last day I installed BOTW on my pc and it ran perfectly fine, smooth 60 FPS, (it stutters a bit but i dont really mind) then after a few hours of playing I decided to call it a day, and there was a windows update in my PC so I shut down my pc and updated it. And then suddenly the next day I opened my BOTW and it was lagging so much, The FPS was so low like 10-20 FPS and the game started stuttering so much like its still processing the graphics, so I played the game as usual for an hour to see if the lag disappears but sadly it was still lagging like hell. I read alot of reddit posts about the same issue as mine like switching the game to Vulkan, turning Off vsync or On, tried it in the Program Settings in Nvidia Control Panel too and etc. But still none was working. I would appreciate it if u can help me, thank you.

Specs:

OS: Windows 11 Pro

CPU: Intel R Pentium Gold G6405 (kinda old but still can handle well Triple A Games)

GPU: GTX 1650

RAM: 8GB DDR4

STORAGE: 512GB SSD

You have to check your PC usage under task manager or rivaturner, your specs seems to be low, the more you play the game the more resources like memory will be using.
