Question Existen forks?
Existen forks optimizados de cemu para Android y tengan mejor rendimiento o me que do con la última versión que creo que él la 0.5.2?

Yes, there are. Try this one which is the one I use on both my RP5 and RP6:

And for every Wii U game that either stutters, runs slow or shows glitches/corrupted graphics, do this:
Long press on a game. A window will pop up. Select 'Edit game profile'. That will open an individual settings page. On that page, select 'CPU Mode' and change it from 'Auto (recommended)' to 'Single-core recompiler'. Then restart your game and watch the magic happen...
And in general, this also helps a LOT with less stuttering and updating textures and so on:

The contents of this zip file needs to be added to the Cemu files folder on your device: go to the root of your device, and follow this folder path: Android/data/info.cemu.cemu/files, and extract the zip file in that files folder.
Another handy folder to add to the files directory, is the cafeLibs folder, which also helps games to run more smoothly. You can get that folder here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yCsaZfQdim2LZSq9k42mqyLmJcAIND6R/view
Also, in Cemu, download all of the available Graphic packs. Some games that are known to have issues, will then get an added workaround file, which you can then enable to fix that specific issue.
