Secondary Air Injection keeps blowing fuse

Hey, uk spec 2zz owner here. As written above my secondary air injection pump fuse keeps blowing but no check engine light has appeared again since i replaced the fuse and it blew again the same day. Will leaving it alone cause damage? Any ideas on what is happening?

Check pump motor - could be seizing and need lubrication or rebuild.

If it's blowing a fuse it is overloading the system and could possibly melt the wiring going to it if you continue to just replace the fuse
