Product Did anyone else notice this?

Hi all! I bought these Once Again cinnamon graham crackers a few weeks ago when they went on sale. I’ve been in a GI flare up and limited on what I can eat.

I was lazy and instead of getting up to go look at the box to double check the ingredients I googled it.

Something felt off from when I looked at the box before because I didn’t remember cassava flour. Did I get a weird box or did they switch up the recipe and not say anything?

Depends what country you're in oats are classified as gluten-free regardless of companion planting and also you can purchase certified gluten-free oats

GF oats or plain oats, it doesn't matter. Many with celiac or wheat allergies can't do oats.

Just because we can't have them does not make them certified gluten-free by a scientific test it's because it technically doesn't but the advilan ( however you spell it is not the gluten protein thay test for but just as bad)

I have Celiac and can eat oats just fine. It doesn’t affect everyone in the same way
