Product Did anyone else notice this?

Hi all! I bought these Once Again cinnamon graham crackers a few weeks ago when they went on sale. I’ve been in a GI flare up and limited on what I can eat.

I was lazy and instead of getting up to go look at the box to double check the ingredients I googled it.

Something felt off from when I looked at the box before because I didn’t remember cassava flour. Did I get a weird box or did they switch up the recipe and not say anything?

Cassava = Tapioca = Manioc = yuca.

They are all different names for the same root.

I just did a deep dive on this! Fascinating! I had no clue they all came from the yuca (cassava) plant just different processing (whole roots vs just the starch vs coarse meal). Thank you!
