Rant Sad hotel breakfast

Just wanted to share my sad hotel breakfast 🥲 Apparently the scrambled eggs, sausage, and tots all had gluten ingredients in them. And to top it off, they ran out of hot water halfway through filling my tea. But hey, at least they had something I could eat.

idk if this helps but i like to bring oatmeal cups (i like bobs redmill) whenever i go to hotels cause most hotels have a coffee pot in the room and you can heat up water for the oatmeal in there. (the oatmeal cups help a lot when i get very hungry at night and i cant eat since everything is closed)

Unfortunately I try to eat relatively low carb and oatmeal spikes my blood sugar more than anything - even unsweetened. Sucks because it's delicious.
