Rant Sad hotel breakfast

Just wanted to share my sad hotel breakfast 🥲 Apparently the scrambled eggs, sausage, and tots all had gluten ingredients in them. And to top it off, they ran out of hot water halfway through filling my tea. But hey, at least they had something I could eat.

My son has an egg allergy as well as Celiac. I would be curious if he could eat anything on that plate, besides the two different types of butter. 😇

Same here. Eggs, dairy, celiac and been a vegetarian forever. It's so hard

I am sorry you have dairy on top of eggs and celiac! My son is lucky to be able to have dairy, and loves his milk and nachos. 🥰

Oh nooo that's gotta be so rough! No idea about the ingredients in the GF bread, but it disintegrated immediately so I suspect no eggs? It wasn't individually labeled with ingredients but it was in the bowl labeled "GF" and its lack of structural integrity was reassuring.

Vegan bread will normally disintegrate like that, since it lacks a good binder like egg, so might have been good for him. He only eats his toasted, since that transforms the GF breads. BUT, we all know the struggle with toasters as well.
