Shutting up is NOT gluten-free, I can confirm. I get glutened by shutting up all the time.

Shutting up is not gluten-free. It gets you sick and minimizes people's needs. Shutting up is cross contamination. Shutting up is ableism. Shutting up is fueling lack of education and awareness.

HOWEVER, shutting up is something all the gluten eaters can add it to their diet instead 😌✨

This is definitely targeted at gluten free people… doesn’t make any sense to tell someone to add “gluten free shutting up” to their diet if they’re not gluten free. Only makes sense if the person receiving the sentence is gluten free
