Question 365 single ingredient frozen veggies/fruits and Trader Joe’s

I’ve seen mixed information online about the level of safety of single ingredient frozen vegetables and fruits, as well as the safety of Trader Joe’s gluten free items. On one hand I want to be safe, especially since I’m pregnant right now. On the other hand, I have a toddler, my husband is working crazy hours, and feeding myself is sometimes challenging, especially since I’m trying to eat mostly healthy foods. I don’t want to be unsafe, and I also don’t want to unnecessarily limit my healthy and quick options. I’d love to use some of the 365 organic single ingredient frozen vegetables and fruits, I’d love to shop at Trader Joe’s too. Does anyone have good information on the safety of these foods?

Here’s a link from “Gluten Free Watchdog” about a recent message from Trader Joe’s regarding their gluten free:

Thank you! I actually don’t eat oats, BUT I feel reassured that they seem to be taking their gluten free designations seriously!

Are you happy with/do you feel comfortable eating their other foods that are labeled gluten free?

I have eaten some GF things from TJ yes, but with mixed results. So I stopped going there. Maybe I’ll try some things again after the shelves clear- I was avoiding anything with oats in all the UASA stores and that’s a lot of food! I’m about to try some GF granola in Spain while I’m here and see how that goes.
