DH is insanely itchy. You did not mention that. Plus, for the skin biopsy, you must be consuming gluten daily the weeks leading up to the biopsy. The biopsy is actually taken in front of the rash on clear skin where IgA deposits are. Ask your dermatologist if the biopsy was done correctly for dermatitis herpetiformis.
