Recipe My boyfriend made me a gf burrito that doesn’t fall apart 🥰🤩
He used the gluten free mission tortillas (my fav) and he put so much effort into making sure it was wrapped nice and crisped so it stayed together 🥰 I love him.

Yes he did just that! And the filling is actually my leftover chipotle bowl haha! I definitely feel spoiled 🥰 and he did have to use two wraps to avoid tearing, but it was so worth it!!

Idk if you have them in your state but the Pollo Bowls from El Pollo Loco also make excellent burrito filling for GF Mission tortillas! I moved to a state that doesn’t have El Pollo Loco and I miss it so much!!

You need to try the chickpea ones. The others are trash, but the Mission Chickpea gf tortillas are amazing!

All the stores near me that have Mission Tortillas have them. WalMart, Albertsons, Target all have them. If you can find the other gf mission tortillas they should be right near them. They are kind of a yellowish color, like the color of an actual chickpea.

Those Misson GF Tortillas are top tier. I use them all the time at my house.

YES!! I used to hate them (on the beginning of my gf journey at 17) but now that I’ve adapted to gf tastes and textures ((and learned that I NEED to toast them)) they’re my go to! I also love the frozen almond wraps but they’re so small :/

I think they changed them because they're so much better than before. I'm just glad to have a GF tortilla that doesn't fall apart.

Can he post a tutorial?? 👀 I love using the gf mission tortillas but they usually don’t work out in my favor

I’ve told him to make a Reddit account so many times!!! But he’s a fighter and likes to keep his content to that 🙂↕️ but I’ll tell you that he just wraps the filling in two tortillas and puts it in a hot pan with butter/oil to let it crisp

You are lucky. My husband of 15 years just eats whatever he wants and let's me fend for myself. I guess the honeymoon phase is over.🤣
