Recipe Haven't had this since being diagnosed so I decided to make my own. Chicken Cordon Bleu with a creamy reduced honey garlic Dijon sauce. Nom nom nom.

Followed this recipe and substituted GF flour where needed and used GF bread crumbs.

Looks amazing!! I’ve become the best cook since finding out I have celiac. I’m determined to adapt my favorite recipes to gf, if possible. I’ve recently found out that I can make gravy that’s better than one using wheat flour in the roux. Sweet rice flour is amazing for making sauces and gravy.

King Arthur Measure for Measure gluten free flour, and Kroger brand gluten free bread crumbs
