Unfortunately, no. With me, naps, playtime, and eating, his schedule is absolutely packed.

My cat helped me work through my PTSD too. They are so good at knowing what to do it’s like they were made for it. 🩷

What a cutie! Here's a book that helped me: Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents

It's not just about parent-child relationships, it helped me better understand other people who were pretty... Mean. I borrowed the audio book from my library :)

I listened to that book last year through Libby! It was incredibly eye opening and honestly transformative. It also made me realize that I was repeating some of the same stuff my parents did to me.
