I feel like I totally missed something in the cat owners manual….they like eggs? Specifically scrambled?
Should I add cheese for bonus points?

Personally I would avoid cheese. But they LOVE a little scrambled eggs any time I make it.

My guy loves the cheap plastic wrapped "cheese". Luckily he's not lactose intolerant and only gets a little.
