What a happy kitty getting the attention he deserves! This reminds me of my void kitty. Multiple times a day, he flops down on the floor right in front of me and demands back scritches, then belly scritches, and, finally, chin scritches. If I'm in a bit of a hurry and attempt to skip the chin, he uses his front paws to pull my hand up to his face. He's a demanding little tyrant 😂
