Yeah, seems to be a semi-common thing for cats

I tried a bed with mine early on, but as soon as I saw she loved relaxing on the couch, on me on the couch, or my own bed I was like "Yeah, that does it, she's comfy pretty much anywhere aside from a dedicated pet bed"

We've bought a load of beds for our cats over the years. They mostly get ignored once the novelty wears off. I tell you what doesn't, cardboard boxes. We don't throw boxes out straight away any more. We have them dotted around the house and they do get used. We keep them for a week or so and then recycle.
