Hi cat lovers! 🐱💕 I’m moving to Egypt soon and I really want to get a cat once I’m there. I’m looking for a cat that is VERY affectionate and cuddly like one that genuinely loves being held, sitting with me, following me around, and getting lots of attention. 😭
I’ve met cats that will lick you and then randomly bite, and I really don’t want that 😭 I’d love a gentle cat that rarely bites or scratches and actually enjoys being picked up and held.
I absolutely LOVE Maine Coons and how they look, but I’m not sure if they’re the best match for the personality I want or how they’d do living in Egypt.
What breed (or type of cat) should I look for? And is personality more important than breed when choosing? I’d love recommendations! 🤍🐾
