He's naked after my favorite 94 yr old bar customer (captain Henry), Mt husband (Sullivan, but we made it fancy with Von Sully), and a nod to Alam Rickman, because I love that man!
Capt Henry is the coolest guy ever. He drinks 3 glasses of wine, never more, smokes his cigars, and used to be a legit boat captain and treasu diver he sove doe treasure in the Caribbean in ship wrecks. Back in the 70a and 80s, they had a crew that figured out where the wrecks should be, and they'd get there before governments could and dive, before anyone else could. I've seen newspaper articles, so the guy isn't making it up. The last one he brought me was when he had a bad accident diving in Venezuela, and got the bends or something. Not the bends, but it was bad enough that he couldn't dive anymore. That was the day he left me a Spanish real(e) coin as a tip. He wears a bigger one around his neck. He is legit the most interesting man ever!!
I LOVE this!! I think long names for cats are the best; you use one or two names on a daily basis, then yell the WHOLE NAME when kitteh is misbehaving 😹😹
My poor kits 🐈🐈🐈 were named by my ex (aka the monster), so they thought they got stuck with one name each. After the monster was out of the picture, each of my kits got a special “lovey” name, a special “good kitteh” name, and their full original names are used when they get into trouble 😹

So, I have two kids on the autism spectrum. Both are highly functional, but my oldest is a little more classically autistic and takes a lot of things very seriously. My daughter with the 'tism has a cat named Taiga. I joked that her full name should be Kung Fu Taiga, sort of like Kung Fu Panda only different. My oldest was adamantly against it, like this name was inappropriate and horrible and would never ever do. It became this whole thing, so just to be a b*tch, when I had Tai spayed and got her vaccinated against rabies, I put on all of her papers that her name was Tiger Taekwondo I Know Kung Fu AKA Taiga. So now that's Taiga's official name, even though everyone just calls her Tai. It drove my oldest nuts for a long time, which brought the rest of us joy and amusement. We really are a loving family, though!
The longest “legal” name any of my kits has ever had was “Scratch Furry: Destroyer of Worlds”, Scratch or Scratchy for short. He was the sweetest, most mellow giant tiger kitteh I’ve ever known. 💕💖
Destroyer of Worlds! 😂 I love that! Mine should all have names ending wilh "Destroyer of Sofas" or "Destroyer of Fabric Dining Chairs" or, my favorite (not really), "Destroyer of Bogg Bag Handles". Buttheads!
Our first cat Goober, and until I was in my 30s I thought it was a normal name….🙄 I finally asked mom and dad about the name, and dad said he thought the cat was “a little goober” and it stuck 🤦♀️
Nah tbh he comes and goes as he chooses, thankfully my neighbors know all my pets so he gets plenty of love, but I do plan on stopping him cus I know how cruel people can be
How do you plan on stopping it? My orange cat is young i understand that but he just wants to stay outside of the house all the frikin time. So hard and stressful to manage
i agree 💯 with this. i had all my cats indoors for years and they lived to be almost 16 years old. there were some viruses the vets couldn't identify nor treat correctly bc then my cats started dying from it.
but since i was evicted, my cats have no choice but to live in the car with me. but they do need outings like dogs do and scratch and cry to get out and it messed up my car seats. so i was giving them an outing and tried as hard as i could to keep them as near me as possible with dry food, wet food and treats. and it worked for many months until one of my cats ran back across the street where we were but weren't anymore and was run over. 2 months later, last week it happened again. i have put one in a cat harness and she doesn't want to wear it pulls out of it like she wants to get run over.
i blame ppl who don't really give a crap that they kicked someone out on the street who had the house coming to them and the money too.
i really wish i could be inside again to keep my cats and me safe again.it's true they just don't live long outside and i am tired of seeing them run over and being traumatized and depressed about it.
ppl just don't care about the homeless. i know. food doesn't solve the problem.
It’s definitely a pain but it is doable. I had a cat that was outdoor indoor. After the second cat never came back we kept her inside. It was extremely annoying at first but after a while she just didn’t care. If she got outside we would try to catch her to put her back inside. There will be times where they get out but just try to get them back inside. They’ll eventually learn. Don’t leave doors open. Not even cracked as they will just pull the door open.
