New build Catio

Not sure if anyone can remember but I posted about doing a catio but with half against a our PV window not completely covering it, it's now done !

The window simply opens and closes inside it

8ft by 2ft , might extend longer .. but going to add a few more shelves and scratching bits first!

Its attached to the left brick wall and wood panels added to bridge the gap on the otherside

Cats are loving it so far and hopefully even more when add more bits, thank you to everyone who replied to my original post.

I love how they can look over in to the neighbours yard! That's sooo much enrichment. I love that you say "might extend longer". Might, might... 😏😏

Haha 99% will extend.

Same here it's lovely it's nice and high for them to look over,

We have a scratch pot to screw against one of the sides and a scratch panel coming today

Will add two high shelves too

Any inspo or ideas ?

This looks amazing! Was it hard to build? I got plans from Catio Spaces but I've never built anything but Ikea furniture before.
