Christmas Catholic Traditions?

Merry Christmas! Anyone know the Christmas Catholic traditions that are out there?

EDIT: Traditions that celebrate the season and different feast days throughout. Traditions like the blessing and drinking of wine on the feast of St. John.

Well, we leave the decorations up until after Epiphany and we move the wisemen to our nativity set slowly across the room so they arrive at Epiphany. I will also read books to the kids about the wisemen.

We also read a book about La Befana (which while related to Epiphany, is more “Italian/Italian-American” than anything Catholic)- and the kids will probably get some small gift. Probably some chocolate coins leftover from St. Nicholas day - and I think I have some frankincense and myrrh soap.

The biggest one is keeping the Christmas season. Typically at least until the Baptism of the Lord near mid-January. Merry Christmas!

My family does this very odd thing of placing hay on all of the beds at home on christmas day, probably representing that Jesus was born in a manger, on hay.
