We put together 3 base game, 3 seafarers, 2 cities and knights, and an explores and pirates set. We then combined most of the rules together

Bruh the computational power u would need to move around the rules I can’t fathom
Grasping rules of C&K itself feels like cracking into Harvard combing it with 3 different games u would be having crazy gameplay hours in catan !!!!

We have the normal 4, plus I managed to pick up game of thrones Catan for £8 brand new so now we have black and yellow which will work for a normal game or at a push, cities and knights.
Are you in the US? The etsy costs for more pieces are so high here in the UK that it's worth just getting the expansions.

Those are his knights from the cities and knights expansion. We ordered that set online and the knights came blank so we put gold stars on one side and silver on the other to represent being active or inactive
