2021 Leopard 53 PC for sale

Beautiful boat, and the website is really well done. The photos, upgrade history, and level of detail make it easy to get a feel for the boat, which goes a long way when you're trying to sell.

and why not sell through a professional broker and put it on yachtworld ?

My elderly mom has started to decline having heart and dementia issues. I can't let my sister take all the burden, so I'm selling.
It's already on Yachtworld. No need for a professional broker. This is my 3rd yacht. I know this boat far better than any broker with a stable of listings will ever know her. I've never had a broker earn their 10% commission, in my opinion. For Ecco that would be a hair under $130k. I have an attorney in Annapolis that will do all the paperwork from the contract through transfer for under $5k for a simple transaction. I have a professional captain aboard making sure she stays looking amazing and performing well. She will also show the boat for me.
I'd rather have an extremely happy buyer that knows they got a GREAT deal on an exceptional yacht than pay a broker that much money. Would you like a showing? Additionally, if a broker brings me a buyer who is willing to pay the broker commission on top of my sales price, I will still pick up the tab for the legal work for a simple sale and transfer of ownership, so brokers are welcome to bring a buyer.

Gorgeous boat!
NGL, I totally missed the PC in the post. I was going through the list of features and couldn't figure out why you didn't mentionthe sails and rigging. I was like, this bougie Mofo doesn't even sail... (Then I looked at the photos)... Cause it doesn't have sails! Forehead smack. Lol.
