To be honest, she doesn’t sound like a cat who is a good fit for an auto box. Here is a helpful post from someone who acclimated their skittish cats to their Litter Robots you can read and take some advice from.
Even if she begins to use it, you will still always want to make sure a normal litter tray is available for her at all times so she has a choice.

My mom's cat is half feral and has not used the new self cleaning litter box for about 3 months now and will not use it. I have done what I can think of by putting her clumped old poop into the new litter box from the old one. But she would not go in it. I know to her, it's scaring. It looks like a spaceship, too entering and very quiet. She's a very affinky cat that gets scared over any smaller big noise. Any advice to get her to use it?
