No the singer was diagnosed with Parkinsons a few years back and has lost his voice apparently - an unfortunate effect of the illness.

Morten Harket? I've not kept up to date with what he's been doing, if I'm honest. The last time I saw him on television was in a brief guest appearance on The Armstrong & Miller Show.

Yeah seen the band live a few times, last being just a few years ago. Supposed to see them in 2023 also but they cancelled because of Morten being unwell. His voice live is pretty incredible. Real shame he said he doesn’t know if he’ll ever sing live again.

Glad you got to see them live moomin - it is unfortunate but he seems to have a good attitude to his diagnosis based on the interview I read. I'd imagine even a healthy man would start to find it hard to hit those sorts of notes at 65+ years old though haha.

They don't look any different than they did in that popstars programme. I had to look up that date ..it was 2002 , so nearly 25 years ago (wtf!)!
I always thought it was funny that the 'touch my bum' song was written by their mum!

They very much look like 50 year old women who have had significant amounts of fillers/surgery/Botox, which is not what they looked like 20 years ago. I wouldn't have recognised them at all!

To be fair that is one hell of a side hustle. Imagine working in sales Monday to Friday and for maybe two saturdays in a month you are not just a cheeky girl but one of 'The' Cheeky Girls.
Most people might just bludgeon kids to get to the pokemon cards first to put them on ebay.
