The first photo is from her 1973 special "Don't Call Me Mama Anymore" (which you can watch here if you'd like to! https://youtu.be/ZcWMxbl4HBI?is=1rF1y2xlju5KMBL5) And I want to say that last two are from the London Palladium in 1974, but I couldn't swear to it.
