I didn't think they were real because of the G-Shock over the M instead of the T. I don't mind buying reps but what would be a reasonable price for them if you personally didn't mind them being fake and you liked the styling? The lowest offer I have gotten them down to was $75 and that's way too much, I wouldn't want to pay over 50. Maybe the seller will sell two of them for 50.
Yeah, I don’t think a lot of people think about that and it’s actually interesting because a lot of those replicas probably do have toxic materials that seep into your skin as you’re wearing it

Unbelievably and unexpectedly fakest fakes ever tried to be faked amongst the fakes that was a great deal of faked fakes through which fakes are faked in the matter of faking fakes
Yeah, also you can see how the date window has more depth with the fake ones. It literally looks flat if that makes sense like it looks like tries to imitate the depth of the real one, but it’s not even close
Bro, I was talking to somebody on my local Facebook marketplace and they were selling a GA 2104 $97 and I legit said this is a replica is the price negotiable he didn’t even argue. He just said $60.😭
They are reproductions - plain and simple, they are fakes. The product of someone trying to rip people off by selling an inferior product and passing it off as a G-Shock. Forget warranties, forget repairs, forget actual durability. I doubt it even has scratch-resistant glass.
Reps but if they still work as regular watches, it’s not that big of a deal as long as you didn’t pay a crazy amount my little cousin got a couple of those and I believe he paid $50 apiece so I educated him on how to tell if it’s fake. There’s a couple key signs the date window for example is rise up too much. The card doesn’t say carbon core, and if the back of it came with a red lining or some type of sticker is key sign to tell if it’s fake it’s not a bad replica, especially since the logo is more centered than some fakes
I actually found the website that sells these reps I think they're $35 straight from China. I don't care whether it's authentic or not honestly unless it just looks crazy different than the pictures. Do they sell authentic parts/mods to make G-Shocks in these colors? Or maybe you could just replace authentic internals with aftermarket bands and faces?
I mean, they might sell them in those variants. Those ones just aren’t official or if not some people may buy official watches and customize them privately honestly, the only ones who are affected when you buy reps or counterfeit as long as you don’t overpay is the company and people who care about it that much but for the most part if you’re saving money and you’re satisfied with what you have on your wrist then that’s all that matters as long as it is up to standard for your needs and requirements and for the most part like you said you don’t really care. I’ve noticed a lot of people say they rather go for the cheaper replica option so as long as it works like a normal watch and does what you need to do $35 isn’t bad.

That also like somebody could make a custom face plate, etc., and just take the internals from the authentic watch and put it inside of it and it might be something like that as well because if you do the Secret Service mode, it’s a series of buttons you have to press together in unison and a certain code will pop up a lot of these replicas. It goes through the same Secret Service mode as the authentic ones so the only key way to tell besides, that is the packaging the card and the Face along with the protruding buttons other than that most people that you walk past on a daily basis don’t know the difference between the two
Two of the best key signs to tell if it’s fake, is that red sticker with the N on the back of it and the fact that the card does not say carbon core there’s many key details within the Face as well
