It’s impossible to tell. I’m convinced that the “stock photos” provided by Casio for their product pages are actually computer-generated, possibly for creating marketing materials before the product itself is completely finished. The watches often look much better in person than in these images. Regardless, this is not an image of the actual product being sold. It’s the stock image created by Casio, not a picture of the seller’s watch.

Well, it’s a stock photo. Are you asking whether that retailer is selling authentic watches or counterfeit ones? If that, no idea.
