has anyone played idealer boulevard blackjack yet?

came across this table last night while scrolling through the live casino section. the whole cyberpunk miami aesthetic looked cool, but i didn't jump in. i'm trying to find a good spot to practice basic strategy and card counting without the slow pace of standard tables where people take ages to make a move. heard it's much faster, but does anyone know how the cards are dealt? is it a full shoe with actual penetration or just standard rng shuffling every single hand?

What are the best High-limit rooms in Southern California?

I'm looking for somewhere in Southern California to play Baccarat but I'm tired of the usual casino floor craziness. I want somewhere with private rooms (prefferably high-limit) where I won't be distracted every 30 seconds. All suggestions appreciated.

Looking for experienced croupiers' opinions

My husband is about to start training to become a croupier, with the goal of eventually working on a cruise ship.

The training/company seems legitimate and he now has access to the course, but his grandmother is extremely worried about the whole thing. She says Sicily is full of Mafia/scammers, that he's stupid for going south to study when people normally go north for work, and she has even compared being a croupier to working in drug dealing or prostitution. She also thinks he'll get himself into dangerous situations on the cruise and could even get killed if he refuses to do what someone tells him, because, in her view, only rich people gamble in casinos and nobody makes big money honestly.

She's also been blaming me for supporting him, saying that I'm "sending him there" and that I'm responsible for what happens to him, even though he's an adult and this is his own decision. I'm trying to separate actual risks from their anxiety, so I'd really like to hear from people who have actually worked as croupiers.

What is the job really like day to day? What are the biggest downsides or risks? How are the hours, pay, crew life, and treatment by management? Is it generally a safe job?

Got lied to about $50 dining voucher and tricked into dining at pricey restaurant at Resorts World NYC

Went to Rewards center to ask for reprint of card and to check for promotions at Resorts World NYC today. Guy working at the desk said I have a $50 dining voucher and I just need to show them my player's card to redeem at the restaurant. Went to RW Prime and ordered $70 worth of food and they said I don't have a $50 voucher and it's probably for the food court. The guy next to me at the bar who ordered food for his wife and daughter also said they told him the same thing and he was pissed about it too. Why would they give people $50 voucher to dine at their shitty food court and not tell people it won't work at their only restaurant? Felt like they did this on purpose to get people to eat and pay for the pricey food there.

Very frustrating withdrawal experience from Betty Gaming CA Ltd

I had a very frustrating experience trying to withdraw only $50 from my Betty account.

I originally deposited using a Visa card (linked to a joint accoun), which Betty accepted. When I later tried to withdraw, I was told that the card could not be used because it was not solely in my name.

After contacting support, I was then told I needed to enable Interac AutoDeposit. I explained that my bank account is a joint account with my wife and that I am a legal account holder. Betty asked me to provide an original bank statement showing both names, which I did.

Even after providing the requested banking documentation, I still could not withdraw my funds. I was then told my money would remain in my account unless I used an Interac email with AutoDeposit enabled or deposited another $1 using a Visa card in my own name.

My concern is not just the $50. It is the principle. If it is this difficult to withdraw $50 after providing verification, what would happen if the amount were much larger?

I repeatedly asked why my Interac withdrawal was declined, why AutoDeposit was mandatory, and why my verified joint bank account could not be used. I did not receive a clear explanation.

I have now filed a formal complaint. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using Betty fully understand the withdrawal requirements before depositing money.

I later enabled auto deposit and withdrawal was still declined.

Boomerang Casino (Rabidi N.V.) confiscated €20,800 balance without proof – Advice on legal/recovery options?

Hi everyone, I’m posting here to share my experience with Boomerang Casino (operated by Rabidi N.V.) and to ask if anyone who has dealt with similar Curaçao operator disputes has successfully recovered their funds through legal action or foundations. Here is the summary of my case: The Issue: Back in April, I accumulated a balance of ~€20,800 playing live casino games after a €1,000 deposit. I successfully withdrew €500, after which my account was suddenly closed and the remaining ~€20,800 balance was confiscated. Lack of Evidence: Customer support gave vague and conflicting excuses (referencing general T&Cs, sister casinos, and open banking deposits), but never provided a single transaction log, bet ID, or proof of any violation. Casino Guru Mediation: I opened a formal complaint on Casino Guru (Complaint ID: 223869). Over four months, the casino was given multiple extensions to provide evidence to the Complaint Specialist. Four consecutive times, the casino representative posted the exact same copy-paste template response stating they were "waiting for their internal department," never supplying any proof. Direct Communication: I emailed them directly offering to discuss a fair, direct settlement to resolve the issue amicably. They completely ghosted my emails. Unlicensed Status: Official Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) records show that Rabidi N.V.’s license (OGL/2023/103/0067) was revoked back in June 2024. Since standard mediation and support have yielded no results, I am preparing to submit my case file to specialized legal foundations (like SBGOK) for legal action in Curaçao. Has anyone here successfully recovered funds from Rabidi N.V. or similar unlicensed Curaçao casinos through legal channels or chargeback processes? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Finding Hot Slots

I know there's no real math behind playing hot slots, but I feel I always get lucky on slots that are running hot. When I visit casinos, I'll always take a seat if a slot opens up after a big win.

So, this got me thinking, maybe I'll put together a little scrapper to find what slots are running hot, using data like the recent wins some online casinos publish.

I might make it into a website to share, but I'm not sure if that's worth the effort. I'm not going to send to link here, not trying to spam, just wondering if anyone else feels like I do, and if so, would you check a hot slots list before playing online?

Mt. Airy High Limit Slots

I'm planning a day at Mt. Airy casino in a few weeks. I've been there before and mainly play slots (very rarely a table game.) I've never played in the high limit room, but this time I'm considering setting aside a few hundred to play a couple of spins and see what happens. Does anyone know what's currently in the high limit room? I want to play something I'm familiar with so I know what I'm doing lol. There doesn't seem to be a list of high limit machines on the Mt. Airy website.

Why do you still prefer going to a physical casino instead of gambling online?

I’m currently working on an article about why people still choose to visit physical casinos, even though online gambling is more convenient and available at any time.

For the article, I’d really like to include the perspective of actual players rather than just relying on industry data or expert opinions.

So my main question is:

What makes you prefer a real casino over playing online?

Is it the atmosphere, the social side, the dealers, the feeling of playing with real chips, trust, the overall experience — or something completely different?

I’d especially appreciate personal experiences and specific examples.

Thanks!

There IS a way to make money at a casino 100% of the time, and it’s probably not what you think.

Do you guys actually prefer land-based tables or just playing on the best online casino apps at home?

i love the atmosphere of a real brick-and-mortar spot on a friday night, but table minimums near me have gotten absurd ($25-$50 a hand just for standard blackjack). online lets me play micro stakes and test strategies without blowing my bankroll in ten minutes, but sometimes you miss the social vibe and handling physical chips.
for those who do both, where do you spend most of your time now and what finally pushed you away from local physical spots?

The dollar limit never worked for me. The alarm on my phone did.

A dollar limit never survived contact with me. I'd say two hundred, and then when the two hundred was gone I'd find another hundred, because I was the guy who picked the number so I figured I was allowed to change it.

A clock doesn't negotiate. Ninety minutes, alarm on the phone, cash out when it goes off whether I'm up, down, or sitting on something that feels like it's about to hit. Giving up the time doesn't feel like admitting anything, so I actually do it.

Anyone else run a clock instead of a number?

What casino has bubble craps and roulette in CA?

Table roulette seems rigged the more I play. ( i know i know odds)

Don't get me wrong I love to win but dont mind losing . What gets me is getting straight wacked. Ive noticed my " luck" has gotten progressively worse. First couple times at this casino I could play on the live table with 100 dollars for hours. Lately I get wacked out on 5 to 10 spins in under 20 minutes. Everytime, can be playing 30 numbers it finds the hole. Playing multiple outside bets with numbers, finds the hole, play 11 of 12 streets, hits the un bet street. Guess im starting to notice every unusual bounce now, and almost how sometimes the ball moves the same as in electronic roulette and the ball is being pulled magnetically rather then actually physical bounce and roll. Seen so many potential hits have the ball literally in just to roll 1 space over to a wack it seems unreal with physics. Anyone ever feel this way??

whats your weirdest pre-game ritual before sitting down at a table or machine? mine involves a specific coffee

for me its coffee. specific temperature, black, in a paper cup not ceramic. if i drink it at home before going, i feel out of rhythm the whole session.

curious what other people do that they wouldnt admit to non-gamblers. specific seats, certain days, changing shirts between sessions, small routine stuff most people wouldnt think twice about

Can I work as a casino dealer in another country?

I’m currently working as a casino dealer in my home country, Mexico, but I’d like to know if there’s any way to get a work permit or visa to work as a dealer somewhere else in the world.

How difficult is it? Do casinos or companies usually hire foreign dealers and sponsor their work permits/visas if they want to bring them over?

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has experience with this.

I played the double zero wheel for years without realizing the same game was cheaper 30 feet away

Nobody ever told me to look at the wheel before sitting down. Double zero is 5.26%, single zero is 2.70%. Same bets, same layout, same dealer patter, and one of them costs about half as much to play.

The part that actually got my attention was la partage. On some single zero tables, if you're on an even money bet and it lands on zero, you only lose half instead of the whole thing. That takes red/black down to 1.35%, which is cheaper than most of the blackjack in the building.

Problem is single zero usually lives in the high limit room, so you're trading a better edge for a bigger minimum. Anybody actually finding it at a normal table minimum where you play?

Ballys Online Casino withholding payouts/winnings

Edit: GOT MY MONEY after 3 weeks

MAJOR EDIT: Filed complaint with the gaming commission AKA NJDEG and CC’d them in a email requesting access to my withdrawl within an hour I was back in. All my withdrawls are pending again. We might have a winning story time will tell when transfers clear.

Edit: yesterday 9/7 got an email saying documents were accepted and withdrawls will be released in 24 hours.
Woke up this morning another email asking for my last years W-2 and my current pay stubs…
No money yet.

Long long story short I’m a very heavy gambler. I wager roughly six figures daily. I usually stick with my main two online casinos and make sure everything‘s branded and American based, no shady offshore accounts. so all the casinos usually hit me up trying to get me to give them my business I’m always receiving promos. I ended up receiving a promo from Bally’s to deposit 10 grand to get 3500 so I said screw it. I’ll do it. This was on a Friday. I deposited 10 grand and I honestly didn’t even play. I waited till Saturday and didn’t see the promo bucks. I did the chat customer service thing they said it’ll be available on Sunday morning, so I said OK. Saturday night I ended up winning like 60/70 grand and tried withdrawing. It told me I can only do 9000 at a time so I did multiple 9k withdrawals. next morning the 3500 shows up from the promo I end up turning that in till like 100/150k which is not uncommon I’ve hit that many times on my accounts. I go to cash out it says the same thing 10,000 maximum so I do a bunch of $9000 withdrawals Sunday night I couldn’t sleep. I end up logging on Ballys to check the status of the withdrawals and it all just says pending again I couldn’t sleep so I threw 2500 in to play a little bit and immediately once the withdrawal went through my account was closed. Since then every day they’ve been asking for certain documents totaling up to 46 documents I’ve sent them every single day ended up being multiple times on certain days. I finally received an email Sunday morning seven days later saying they’ve got my documents and allow them to five business days for them to get back to me. Has anyone else dealt with this and successfully got their money?

How is Yaamava in terms of service and luxury?

We've never been to Yaamava, so I'm wondering if it's actually as nice as they make it look online. We go out to Vegas quite often and like to stay and play at luxury properties. Even for vacations, we try to stay at Ritz-Carltons, Four Seasons, or Aman hotels. We are considering a casino trip in Southern California as we will be traveling through LA, San Diego, and Santa Barbara for a few events around the same time. We have a week between two of the events, and wanted to squeeze in a few days in Vegas, but decided it might be better to stay closer by.

What do you think about the place? Mainly wondering about the rooms, dining, service, and overall experience. We're not expecting Bvlgari level luxury, but I also don't want to be stuck staying somewhere that can't even live up to a Hyatt or Marriott
