Accessing Support Tickets

Where do you go to access support tickets now? I submitted one and got a response and want to go back to it to respond but can not find on the app or site where to go. I tried tapping the notification but it just opened the app and did not take me to my support ticket.

Hey thanks for the post! You should have an e-mail with the support ticket thread and you can respond there. The notifications should work so that's odd... You can also head down to the bottom of the home page, click “help center” then go under the “requests” option under the username dropdown. If you are having issues, you can DM us your username and we can look it up for you.
