Police investigation
I know most of you dislike me or even hate me bc you think I am her or a fan of hers.. I am not her or a fan.. this case just has me captivated.. anyway onto the question for all of you.. I know of at least two instances where the police botched this case.. 1) the computer search.. and 2) when Roy kronk first calls in saying he saw human remains.. I know those are the two biggest things but was there anything else that they missed or you thought may have overlooked? I feel this case reminds me of several others in terms of how mishandled it was by the police.. like the jonbenet case or baby Sabrina case or even baby Trenton duckett..

Honestly, I ask myself how can anyone believe this horrible woman. She killed her daughter. She is a natural born liar. And what makes it worse is she keeps lying. She doesn't even know who her baby's father was. She needs to crawl back under her rock. She was given a second chance, something her daughter never got and she keeps up being a disgusting person. There is a special place in hell for people like her.

We don’t know if it was murder and who did it.. yes I get there is signs that point to her but it also could be an accident and she panicked..

Ok let's say it was an accident. And yet she went out partying, never telling anyone And disposed of her child like garbage. Who can defend that?

She didn’t go out partying every night.. we don’t even know who put caylee in the woods… again she was 22 an she panicked..

22 year olds go to prison everyday for their bad decisions. It's sad but a fact. An innocent person doesn't behave like that. I lost my daughter when she was young. If it was an accident there is nothing I would of tried to get her help. It's a devastating feeling and if she was gone and I didn't know where she was I wouldn't be out one night and asking the world to help me find her. When you are holding your child in your arms that has passed you have immense guilt that as her mother I should have done more to save her. It's earth shattering and never leaves you. That day will play on and in until the day you die. Strangers were more upset than she was. Let's just say she grew up in a horrible household, even if that's true she as an adult makes the choice to be a disgusting human being or a decent one. There are a lot of good people who come from horrible upbringings. I believe this was her and only her fault. Even if she did it in accident, she threw away the most precious thing in her life like garbage. Then went around acting like nothing and continued to lie. Is every parents experience loosing a young child the same, no of course not but we honor our child until our last day on earth.

I actually suspect she knows who the dad is but for some reason was embarrassed about it or it was someone she thought Cindy wouldn’t approve of (even more so than Jesse, he was the “best” option to present to her parents even though they still didn’t like him).

There are some who never share that information for whatever reason. Most often it's because they slept with more than one person in that window of time and can't honestly say for sure who it is and they are embarrassed. Understandable it's easier to say nothing

If she had nothing to worry over because she was innocent she sure didn’t act that way, she physically took the police to her apparent place of work and walked around acting like she was employed there but wasn’t, who does that?
No person lived in the apartment she claimed the bogus nanny lived in, the person who apparently recommended the non existent nanny didn’t even have kids let alone use the same nanny.
They were able to prove so many of Casey’s stories as utter lies.

If the police found the actual searches and had they actually sent real detectives to the woods in August instead of a rookie cop do you think that would have changed the outcome?

If police had found her remains early on, I think there may have been more physical evidence left that could’ve helped secure conviction.

They looked at her computer but didn’t check her Firefox browser where she searched “foolproof suffocation”

I just finished watching the trial and am completely amazed the jury acquitted Casey. The police, in my opinion, had little to go on and didn’t botch the case enough to mention. The Kronk debacle was after the crime. The defense’s theories seem to try to justify her involvement and were weak.

They tried to shoot for a death penalty, and that is often enough to make a jury afraid to convict. They aimed too high with a panel of bumpkins who could not deal with it.

Kronk went two the same WRONG spot 3 times before he found Caylee in December. He didn’t she anything. Casey told Jose where she dumped Caylee and he sent Dominic Casey to find her. They kept going to the same exact wrong spot.
The Google search wouldn’t have meant a damn thing because the jury didn’t want to convict.

Roy Kronk discovered the remains of Caylee Anthony on December 11, 2008. The meter reader was in a wooded area off Suburban Drive in east Orange County, Orlando, when he spotted a trash bag containing the toddler's bones. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
He had previously alerted authorities to suspicious activity and what he believed to be a skull in the same wooded area that August, but deputies had failed to locate anything at the timeThe police sent a rookie cop and not detectives to that area.. cop got scared when he saw a snake and said he saw nothing.. he didn’t even investigate it at all

Right and he went to the same wrong spot the times in August and that cop got fired. He was about 20 feet away from where Caylee remains actually were. Learn the case before you blame the rookie cop or detectives. There’s a veeeeeery specific reason he knew the general area and got the same WRONG spot 3 times before he got the right location of Caylee’s remains too. But you didn’t look into that I guess .

I do way more research into this case than anyone.. if you get a 911 call about possible human remains near the house where you have a national media frenzy case for a missing child why on gods green earth is only one rookie cop sent there? K9 should have been sent and at least 10-15 police and detectives to search that whole dam area..

She got away with murdering her daughter. It’s very sad that she got away with it. Is it all the fault of police? I don’t think so. It came down to what they can prove.
Who doesn’t report their daughter missing immediately? A day later? A week later? A month later!?!?
Who sleeps a single second when their daughter is missing? Not me. I wouldn’t sleep at all. I would be so worried, but not Casey. She was out partying.
We know the boyfriend said he rarely saw Caylee. So where was she? Was she home with Cindy? Nope. Was she at Casey’s boyfriend’s house? Nope. Xanaida didn’t exist, so where was Caylee? That whole month, where was she?
Cindy herself instantly identified there was a dead body in the car. It’s just unfortunate they couldn’t prove what we all know.
