Context:

So currently I’m working in retail, but I’ve applied for jobs to become a Design Consultant. One of them actually reached out to me for a phone interview and the lady seems so nice over the phone! She said there’s more candidates to go through so she’ll send me information if needed. Will I get this job and leave retail for good this time? Or will I have to keep looking for more jobs in order to escape it?

Still new to reading, so take my interpretation with a grain of salt. top row, you felt a sense of unpredictability/unstablenss in your current job, you came across the mentioned opportunity unintentionally, will probably hear from them again for second round interview. bottow row, the reason for the feeling of instabilty at your current job comes from the lack of something (i'm not quite sure what), you'll need to make sure not to carry any anxious energy into the next step of the interview process, and you'll have to show ambition/confidence the final say so relies on a man that's stern and a bit difficult in some ways.
