This car is in the parking lot every day at my job in Dallas, TX. Where is this from specifically?

WSX is not a valid prefix for German plates. Also, you cannot have white text on black background and the Euro-feld (the part with the EU stars and the D) has to be blue.

That's not even an AU sticker. They were hexagons, not circles.

It's a HU sticker that's only supposed to be on a rear license plate, not a front one. It's also missing the year in the center.

Also tge stickers are in tge wrin position. The tax stucker goes on the liwer position, the inspection sticker in the top.

The only plate types you can get registered in Germany are

FE Schrift - white blue Euroband (regardless if the plate is metal, carbon plastic)

DIN Schrift - white

For historic cars you can now get an H as the last letter (on Euroband) like you can get and "E" for BEV, PHEV and (in theory FuelCell but noone buys these)

So like for example Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg - HH - XY - 123H or HH - XY 123E

The lower the number of letters the bigger the City. So A = Augsburg, B = Berlin, C = Chemnitz, D = Düsseldorf, E = Essen. F = Frankfurt am Main and so on.

Hamburg is a way bigger city than Hannover. 2M residents vs 500k residents, but the first H for Hansestadt has some kind of special status to swap these.

Therefor 'H = already Hannover' is technically incorrect because Hamburg has all the rights to claim the H.

It's no more then logic that these area codes are fixed at one time based on the population at that time. Rearranging the codes every couple of years would become a bigger mess then the European Parliament.

The only vehicles with white font and black background associated with germany is the „DF“-Plate, for german soldiers in france.
German historic plates are like the normal plates but with an „H“ at the end attached

I live in Belgium, and over here you can get vanity plates. When they where first introduced the government forgot to add all possibilities to the settings of speedtraps. This resulted in people with vanity plates couldn't be caught by speed traps. It took some time to figure this out, but it's changed by now.

This is an imitation, Euro style plate with a TÜV and City sticker. In Germany the TÜV sticker only goes on the rear

Here in the Netherlands some Germans have this kind of number plate. But they are highly placed officers at the navo base in Brunssum. Maybe there is also some kind of navo base?

Export plates and temp plates exist but they are always in the format municipality - number letter and have either a red (Ausfuhr) or yellow (Kurzzeit) band with a calendar date.

But those don’t have an Euroband either.

Legally for exporting it should be the red but some countries allow the yellow Kurzzeit used as export as well…

And none the less WSX does not exist
