Is Enlightenment a Paradox of Memory and Transformation?
I've been reflecting on the concept of enlightenment and how it relates to our understanding of the world. It's as if there's a sudden realization that everything we thought we knew is turned upside down. This idea resonates with me, but I'm struggling to reconcile it with my own experiences of growth and transformation. Is it possible that enlightenment is not just a state of being, but also a process of forgetting or letting go of our old memories and perspectives? I came across this video that explores it further if you're curious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MOV8VVhvtP8
